Processing Time

• Standard embroidery orders: 3–7 business days.
• Custom and personalized orders: 5–10 business days.
• Bulk or business orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time

• India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International shipping (if available): 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Delivery Delays

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Custom Products

• As all personalized embroidery items are made specifically for each customer, production cannot be canceled once embroidery work has begun.
